ESI INTEGRITY DELIVERS REAL-TIME ICS TO PUERTO RICO’S ELECTRONIC LOTTERY
VANCOUVER, BC, May 3, 2005--- ESI Integrity Inc. announced today that it has successfully deployed the industry’s most advanced Lottery Internal Control System (ICS) to independently monitor the gaming transactions of Lotería Electrónica, the online lottery of Puerto Rico. This deployment was accomplished under a very tight time-frame, following a competitive procurement process and subsequent award of a seven-year contract in March 2005. The system went into live production on March 16, 2005.
Under the terms of the contract, ESI Integrity will provide the Integrity Independent Monitoring system to monitor all the on-line games offered by Lotería Electrónica. The Integrity system will provide an independent and continuous audit check of all lottery transactions processed, providing assurance that the lottery rules are followed.
