e-Success Inc. Announces Reorganization as Solid Growth Continues
(Vancouver, BC, Canada; April 29, 2005): e-Success Incorporated today announced a corporate reorganization of its gaming integrity and social gaming business units into new wholly-owned subsidiaries:
ESI Integrity Inc. will be focused on providing trusted independent software for Security and Risk Management in Gaming (including the existing Integrity Independent Monitoring Systems) (www.esiintegrity.com); and
Playline Inc. will be a supplier of enhanced open gaming platforms for social gaming, including the previous WebShow Monitor Games System (www.playline.net).
In addition, e-Success announced that it will now be doing business under a new and simpler name: ESI. The company noted that it has experienced strong growth in all areas of the company, and is undertaking these changes to ensure continued focus on core areas of business while allowing a refreshed look and positioning in the marketplace. It was noted that ESI ownership and senior management remains unchanged.
