ESI Integrity Launches the Integrity Anti-Fraud Service Bureau for the Lottery Industry

Vancouver, BC, February 5th, 2008— ESI Integrity Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of ESI Entertainment Systems Inc. (TSX:ESY)) today announced that it has entered into an agreement with the Oregon State Lottery to supply its industry-leading Integrity Independent Control System (ICS) to the lottery.

(TSX:ESY)) today announced that it has launched the Integrity Anti-Fraud Service Bureau in conjunction with Advanced Monitoring Systems Inc. (AMS) of Stamford, Connecticut, and Delehanty Consulting LLC of Verona, Wisconsin.    

ESI Integrity is launching the Integrity Anti-Fraud Service Bureau to expedite the benefits of its award winning Integrity Anti-Fraud capability to lotteries. ESI recently received a Smart-Idea Award for its Integrity Anti-Fraud module at the Smart-Tech 2007 Conference which annually recognizes new ideas and technology that provide a distinctive impact to the lottery industry. The Integrity Anti-Fraud Module is based on proven Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology for transactional pattern analysis, and automatic rules generation and is well suited for detection of many types of lottery related fraud. It is built on technology successfully deployed to detect insider trading within the New York stock exchange.

The Integrity Anti-Fraud Service Bureau is staffed with industry experts in lottery security who will work with the lottery to develop specific fraud risk scenarios, set up and run the technology on behalf of the lottery and provide detailed analysis and recommendations for specifically identified risks. These experts are led by Delehanty Consulting which has over 22 years of lottery industry experience focusing on security, integrity and performance.
