Canadian Pari-Mutuel Agency Renews Bet Monitoring Contract with ESI Integrity

VANCOUVER, BC, March 12, 2007 - ESI Entertainment Systems Inc. (TSX:ESY) today announced that its subsidiary, ESI Integrity Inc., has renewed its service agreement with the Canadian Pari-Mutuel Agency (CPMA) to support and maintain the ESI Integrity Continuous Monitoring System to monitor all horse racing wagering activity in Canada. The agreement allows the CPMA the option of maintaining the ESI service year-to-year until 2010, as well as providing the option of a variety of additional services and software modules available form ESI.
