ESI Integrity Enters into Agreement with INTRALOT to Supply Independent Control System for the Korean Lottery

Vancouver, BC, December 14, 2007— ESI Integrity Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of ESI Entertainment Systems Inc. (TSX:ESY)) today announced that it has entered into an agreement with INTRALOT S.A., - a leading supplier of integrated gaming and transaction processing systems, innovative game content and sports betting management, to state-licensed gaming organizations worldwide - to supply its industry-leading Integrity Independent Control System (ICS) to the Korean Lottery. 
The Integrity ICS license agreements plus related services are cumulatively valued at approximately $625,000 over a contract term of six years. Under the terms of the agreement the Integrity ICS will continuously monitor the lottery’s wagering transactions, providing an independent, real-time audit of the wagers and prize calculations. In addition, ESI Integritywill administer product release updates and supply 24/7 technical support to the Korean Lottery. 
This agreement strengthens ESI Integrity’scontinued strategic expansion into the regulated international gaming markets while maintaining its strong presence in the US government lottery sector.
