ESI INTEGRITY TO PROVIDE INDEPENDENT
INTERNAL CONTROL SYSTEM TO MONTANA LOTTERY
VANCOUVER, BC, January 18, 2006 – ESI Integrity Inc.
today announced that it has entered into an agreement to provide
its Integrity Independent Control System (ICS) (and related services)
to the Montana Lottery through a subcontract agreement with Intralot
USA. The agreement sets out that the ICS shall commence operation
in March 2006 and is for a term of seven years, with the option
of three one-year extensions. The agreement extends ESI’s
tenure as ICS supplier to the Montana Lottery, assisting in their
transition of Online System suppliers.
Under the terms of the contract, ESI Integrity will provide
the Integrity ICS to monitor all of the on-line and instant ticket
transactions processed by the LOTOS™ O/S (Open System) full
service lottery system to be supplied by Intralot to the Montana
Lottery. The Integrity system will provide an independent and continuous
audit check of all lottery transactions processed, providing assurance
that the lottery rules are followed and that wagering takes place
in a trusted and controlled environment.
